Funding Opportunities

The Center for World Affairs and the Global Economy regularly funds graduate assistantships for UW-Madison students interested in globalization and the international economy.  For the next few years, all WAGE-supported students will work closely with faculty affiliated with our four collaboratives or the WAGE staff.  Position openings will be posted to the WAGE site and to the UW job center as available.

WAGE will consider on a case by case basis requests to co-sponsor student run events that overlap with our mission.  In May 2006, for instance, WAGE co-hosted a graduate student conference on Governing Work and Welfare in an Enlarged Europe.
