Overview:
North Korea and Iran may have made their intentions clear, but who will be next?  Will we see it coming? Is there a confluence of technical, economic, social and political factors that will suggest that a state is likely to begin a nuclear weapons program?  What insight can we gain through the use of analytical models? The WAGE Governing Global Energy collaborative has assembled top modelers in the country regarding indicators of nuclear weapons pursuit.

Graduate students who are further interested in this discussion may stay after the public event for a two-hour WAGE research meeting in the same room. The meeting will include more researchers discussing their areas of expertise around this topic.
